we finally made it out to fort washington around 5:15. we were wet, tired, hungry, and worried that we'd missed the lighthouse challenge and our souvenir buck. then we'd have had to drive all the way back up the next day if we truly wanted to complete the challenge. we parked and ran all the way down to the lighthouse.

and we were finally done for the day. 17 lighthouses in 2 days? bring it! it was awesome!
