blackistone lighthouse

#22 - and final!

laura and i were running super late, what else is new, so our families went ahead and took the boat ride out to blackistone island without us and we met them there a few minutes later.

it was a running weekend! and finally the running was over and we could relax a little. :)

we finally made it and we were all able to eat and then they were off.

and the teens are off. the island is so cool, it's a state park and it's just beautiful.

and then the whole reason we were there.

the lighthouse sistah's together again. we were bummed that shelly and darlaina weren't able to join us on the challenge. but there's always new jersey next year! :)

it is so stressful having kids around a lighthouse.

i get so nervous that they will fall and someone will get hurt. blah, stress!

but these little ladies love lighthouses!

we don't get a lot of opportunities to take lots of pics together. or maybe we do and we just love taking pictures. who's to say?

we had such a nice afternoon. since laura, laney, and i came out last year we'd been wanting to bring our families here and we finally did. and it was so nice. :)
