Day #7 - a night at dads

Firstly, this purple punch buggy we saw leaving the beach house completed our rainbow of punch buggies so we were able to cross this off our road trip bucket list. Holla!!!
Dads house is ON the BEACH. It's got the best view and you can hear and see the ocean from it. Pretty incredible.
I think everyone was sad that we had to say goodbye. Plus a little bored that there wasn't a houseful of cousins to play with. Plus exhausted from a week of hard playing, plus a week on the road, plus a week with Seattle family. So they weren't in the greatest of moods, as you can see.
But we played and enjoyed the beachiness of it all.
Dads beach is cool because it has a fresh stream running down and into the ocean. Addie even taste tested it to be sure it was fresh water.
D-to-the-one.
We finally went back to the house and after dad and I ran to the store, they got to play some games with grumps.
Then they talked him into watching Robin Hood and eating popcorn. Perfect evening after a long week.
This shot shows the view from the from window. Yup, that's the Pacific Ocean. Ah-mazing.
Dad and I left around 7:30 to pick Laura up from the Portland airport. It was a long drive, but it was nice to spend it with my dad. We picked up the lighthouse buddy, grabbed dinner, and had a great and late drive home.
