Army band

That evening, after a nice dinner, where to our delight we found that kids ate free, we enjoyed a nice summer band concert from dan's army band. He's on the mic announcing songs and players in this one:
The venue was gorgeous, Gig Harbor, right on the water. The kids ran and played the whole time.
Delaney, the girl of a thousand faces.
Matt with 3 bros and a dad. 2 of the bros and the dad left before I could get a pic of the 6 bros that were there with their dad. Those Ray boys have minds of their own, darn-it.
I did get these two, plus an Addie who was very interested in uncle dan's instrument. And being a good uncle, he let her try it out.
Brothas! #3 and #5.
And Addie wanted her own private pic with our star performer.
Frank's made a friend who, after the performance, full on went for a swim. And it was c-to-the-old! Crazy girl! But she gave Frankie this awesome shell that is coming home with us.
It was a great evening with the familia. One of the times we were visiting and were invited to this same concert, I was pregnant (with someone) and not up to going, and I have always regretted that. So now I was able to check it out.
Then on the way home we saw a rainbow = awesome sauce.
