Summer 2018 Day #6

Santa Cruz!

Cute little Santa Cruz Breakwater Lighthouse back behind us.

We headed down to Santa Cruz to spend the weekend at Sandy’s house.

We walked to the beach from her house, which in and of itself is amazing.

Santa Cruz is a fun quirky little town.

Addie has awesome beach hair! Hello Mrs. George Washington.

Fun in the sun!

So grateful my crew has always loved the beach. I don’t know what I’d do if someone hated sand or fish or something that is legit, but not legit enough to not love the beach.

Pure joy.

Swimming with a view of a lighthouse is one of my favorite things.

Cousin love.

More cousins love.

Sand in every single crevice.

There was some kind of fun surf competition so there was a lot going on down the beach from us.

Lighthouse love πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

Delaney stayed at the beach with sandy.

This little cutie was built in 2001, so she’s just a baby.

They use her for small crafts coming in and out of the harbor.

We played and played until we were tired and hungry. Sandy had left a little early to start dinner for us. It was pretty sweet treatment.

Aaaand the girls want to sneak this little cutie home with us. We still talk about Howie.
