I went on another long run this morning. It was more hot and humid than Monday’s, and it was much more difficult.

Christian took Addie shopping for her birthday. This was her first time in a store since March 11, so she was pretty excited.
We walked over to the Ainas to sing happy birthday to Isla. I remember, and was there when she was born, so that’s pretty fun. Overall it was a quiet and hot day
