christina found us a 1/2 marathon to run in august, so we are going for it! we're gonna meet up on saturdays for our long runs, so today was day #1. we met up at st mary's lake at 7am and hit the road! we went 8.74 miles, thanks to my handy detour, it took us 1 hour and 50 minutes, and we burned 1048 calories. and done by 9am. not too bad!
christian left for seabase today. he is super excited! a week in the florida keys without moms or even soap, if i'm being totally honest. every boys heaven! the stake made these shirts for everyone to wear to keep easy track of them.

we busted out the kiddie pool today. i don't know why it's taken us so long, they've happily played in it all day!
here addie was giving them a concert and frankie and delaney were nicely sitting and enjoying the show. lovely sisterly moments.
another sisterly... they begged to have rest time together in their room, and since they rarely ever rest anymore, i let them. this is how they came out of their rooms - all dressed up for a cool easter egg hunt. silly girls.
matt is putting the lattice on the bottom of the deck (hoa rules, yo!) and had to make his second trip to lowes for said project. $$$$
he sent me this one to let me know he was on his way home.
