Our school is allowing 1st grade on up to walk home from school without an adult this year. So walking the neighborhood solo has been all the rage the last few weeks. We talked about asking Santa for walkie talkies, and then Frankie was telling Bubba about them and he told her he has walkie talkies they could have now. Score!

So the girls have had fun running neighborhood errands with walkies in hand. It's pretty fun.

One day I had a list for the girls. They had 3 things, including a map of where to pick up coupons from our lg coupon dealer. And they did it! So proud of them. They found an address using my hand drawn map and everything. Delaney was our walkie operator for their excursion. 

She was 10-4'ing and rogering that all over the place.

It's pretty fun.

On Thursday after the waterpark fun we just laid low. I haven't cooked dinner in a long time. We've just enjoyed a slow summer pace. 

And candy. We've enjoyed lots of candy.
