We started the day with the best breakfast at The Flying Biscuit. I got a stuffed French toast that I’m still thinking about. And we beat the rush, go us. Apparently old people in Florida like to sleep in - who knew?

We tried to convince papa to pick up one of these here fancy recliners, but no dice.
We walked all around and watched the cute turtles swimming.

It was General Conference weekend, so we went home from our morning adventure and watched the first session. Then we took turns in the golf cart, or go cart if you’re papa. Adi is legal to drive this bad boy on the mean streets of The Villages and that is cray-cray.
We took the girls to the pool that evening.
I worked on my Easter talk while they swam. Delaney was so excited that she jumped in with her watch on. We tried rice, but it was toast. šš¼
We capped off our first day in Florida with a fun concert. Adi and Frankie went to dance and Delaney stretched out for the show.
We got to check the two town squares - Lake Sumpter Landing and Spanish Springs and it was a fab start to our week.
