The first 24

Sweet baby girl was asleep before we even took off. She and I slept for a good 2 hours, which was very nice. She woke up in a little bit of a fit, but got over it pretty quickly and the remaining 2 hours was uneventful.
We arrived in Kansas City and decided to leave the terminal for some authentic Kansas City Burger King. They are super behind the times and only had a small deli in the secure area. Anyhow, little miss bratty discovered a love of escalators and people movers. It's kinda hard to corrall a toddler and two heavy carry ons loaded with enough toys and food to keep a toddler happy for 15 hours of travel time. But we did our best.
Have you heard of Chloe? She's this cute little two year old that has a popular YouTube video where she is whole hearted unimpressed with a surprise trip to disney land and she makes this funny face.
All of leonardtown high school now uses this cute face to show their whole hearted unimpressed'ness on anything they please. My 2 biggins absolutely love Chloe. And so I blame them for laneys recent obsession with the Chloe face.
We had a long 2 1/2 hour layover. We ran and ran and played several rousing games of peek-a-boo.
I love toddler peek a boo!
We arrived in Seattle at 4pm pacific standard time, 7 our time. We left our house at 4am, so that makes 15 travel hours. We both felt good and full of energy when we arrived though, which was a total blessing. We met up with cami, cosette, and Maureen and they showed us around the apartment. Letting us stay there was another total blessing. Cami will stay with her mom and let us use the corporate apartment so we can all stay in one place. So nice!!!

After that we headed to papa's favorite place - dollar tree! Then on to Tom and Bonnies apartment. We got to see Harvey's memory box, urn, blanket, and lots of pictures. There were some tears, but mostly just celebrating this sweet angel baby of ours.

Tuesday morning papa picked us up and we went to Tom and Bonnie's. Dad and Tom went to pick up Harvey's ashes. I stayed with Bonnie and her sister hope and the kiddos. After breakfast the three of us put away Harvey's things. We all loved on the little jammies he wore and his tiny hospital bracelt.
When Tom left for work (ikea, yo!) we left to let delaney nap.

I have had several problems with this post, so we'll end here at 24 hours in Seattle.
