Sunday stuff

We woke up to no heat downstairs again. I plugged in and unplugged and checked water and the heat kicked back on. It will be cold today and then warm up, so hopefully our quick fixes will hold out until then.

Can I get an amen for 1:00 church? πŸ™ŒπŸΌ I dropped girls off at Frye’s and headed to WC at 11:30. πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ No 5 degrees at 7:30 for this old gal this morning. Matt said it got down to negative degrees on his ride to work. πŸ™„ It’s gonna be 60 on Friday, and not a day too soon. I love snow days, but I also love functioning heaters, so.

Speaking of functioning heaters, our ward building doesn’t have many. The primary wing of the building was frozen, so we changed things around and met for our first Sunday Council in the gym. The council was a little rocky. There’s not a lot of direction and it’s pretty different which is sometimes hard. I’m sure we’ll get there, but growing pains and all that. We’ll figure it out!

We watched Legacy after dinner and made cookies. And then matt broke my spatula. We’re cleaning out at the Rays though, so into the garbage and thank you for your service, kind kitchen tool!

Delaney was probs critiquing his spatula skills here. She told Brenda this morning that I was smarter then daddy, but neither one of us is very smart about sea animals and we both really should watch a lot more Octonauts. She keeps it real for us. All. The. Time.
