She couldn't stop laughing. All the moms were laughing at the cone head they all had when we put the hoods on.

Fast forward a week or two to the recital day. It was such a cute program! I think Frankies costume was the cutest and Addie's the prettiest.

They loved their flowers and still had no clue these were the ones they'd picked the night before. (:
And some with little sistah, who is totally ballet smitten.
Happy.
And the good brother too. Shockingly I was running behind this day. Matt had just gotten back into town, but had to work, and perfect buns plus makeup took longer than I thought it would. Chris totally took Addie so she wouldn't be late and I could finish Frankies makeup. Then, because Frankies dance was first up and we were crazy late, he came and met us and ran her in. He's a good boy!
Then it was Addie the stars turn.
Another year of ballet down. We will see what sport 2016-2017 brings us, but this mama wouldn't be sad if they stayed with ballet.
After the recital we met up with the darrows at sweet frog for a special treat. Then to their house for dinner. I totally sat like a lazy lump while Alecia made dinner. I felt like a major jerk, but it was so nice after flying solo for 2 weeks to just sit there and have someone else make dinner. Matt met us after work and it was a great day for the Rays.

You shouldn't feel like a jerk! I told you to sit down and take it easy and didn't miss your help at all. :) You should feel good about listening to your friend.
