One bite at a time

I like to start now and work backwards, that way I remember at least a little bit. (:

Today was a stay at home workday. The good news is that our house is resembling a home again more than a pigpen, so that's good. Matt has been so helpful! I had to catch up on work and so many other little things, and he helped so much with cleaning and the girlies.

I finished laundry, pta'd, worked, visited Shirlene, bought airline tickets, researched rental cars, cheered on new bike riders, put Delaney down for a nap (after mama Addie put her down in her own bed, but surprisingly that baby kept getting out of bed) organized, drove the boy to and fro work.

And the whole day passed like that. And it was nice and rainy. A good work day for all.

Matt washed both cars, kept girls occupied and fed, cleaned out a dehumidifier and shopvac, cleaned a bathroom, polished sinks and tables and chairs.

The girls played, watched the nightmare before Christmas, rode bikes, ate, cleaned for exactly 21 minutes, in 7 minute increments, did art, and made little messes all around.
Christian worked at Forrest Farms and watched Groundhog Day with me after work. Christina sent me this pic of his finished eagle project at Calvert cliffs. Looks awesome!
Miss college bound slept in, ordered a comforter and towel set for the new apartment, told us all how much we'd miss her, and worked at Salsa's.

And now I'm only 18 days behind!
