Last day of school 2024!

This happy day started off with Delaney being a nut. She made herself 3 waffles and when I asked why she replied - 

“Sometimes on special occasions I eat 3 waffles.” Why do I think that’s so funny? So random. 

I always like to decorate a little somethin’ somethin’ on the last day of school. 

These two didn’t even plan this model pose. 

And our little grungey girl!

She’s excited to be in 7th grade so she’s not brand new, but she’s not in 8th grade so there’s not a ton expected of her yet. 

And now Adi is an upperclassman! 

How does she only have 2 more years?!

I love comparing side by sides! Delaney definitely changed the most this year. She grew taller and her face looks more grownup. 

Frankie also lost her baby face!

And Adi just looks more refined, just a little more adulty. 

We kept our last day of school tradition and met up with the Darrows at Mrs. Moo’s. *Adi got artsy

Almost everyone ate all their ice cream this year too. 

These two were finishers. 

It was lovely, not too hot, nice breeze and wonderful company. 

It was a quick trip this year, and then we took Darrow kids home. We dropped Frankie off to babysit, then D hung out with Emma while I took Adi and Lily shopping. When we got home we hit the pool and the water was chilly but it was such a pretty night that we had a good time swimming and playing. And that’s a wrap for the 2023-2024 school year and also our last day of school!
