Thanksgiving 2010

For Thanksgiving we had Uncle Jeff and my mom (Nanny) come visit.
We had a super fun visit with no fighting!
Go us!

Matt went and played football with the guys from church that morning and the rest of us stayed home and cooked.

Christian and Addie built a fun fort and played in it for a long time.
It makes my mama heart happy when my babies play together.

There was a lot of this going on.

And this.
Kinda looked like something exploded up in here, but that's just the way it goes when you have a fun house full of people.

Can you say adorable?

Addie helped with the cooking.

More of our Thanksgiving photo shoot.

And then to the mini-forest in our back yard.
It is h-a-r-d to get a good picture of these 4!
Someone is always blinking, or looking away, or just not taking a cute picture.

Aaand then they started acting goofy.

And throwing leaves.

And poking with sticks.

And throwing more leaves.

The classic totem pole.
A little rough.

Act natural!
Orrr not.

Alexis and Christian were itching to leave.
So then Jeff and I took a few with each other.
Work it! Own it!

H-o-t.

We all came out to see Matt put the turkey into the fryer.
Addie was doing this funny walk and taking tiny little steps.
She's nuts.

I'm a sucker for holiday shirts.

Safety first.

We love us some fried turkey!

Christian and friends skateboarding before dinner.

Love the faux-hawk.

The thankful table.

Happy Thanksgiving!
(at the end of December)
