Summer = Baseball

I love summertime baseball games! Matt's company had a party for us at a Blue Crabs game and it was super fun.

Just because I don't get a lot of pictures in here.
And Addie has a cute way of hugging your neck, like she wants to hug all the love out of you. :)

Here we are in our VIP room eating our yummy buffet.

The game was good, but here's what everyone was really interested in. It started to rain and hail and the workers ran out with this huge white tarp to cover the field. But because it was so windy, the tarp kept getting loose and blowing up, and then the workers would all scramble to try to cover the field again. It was pretty funny, it just struck me as ironic that the only time everyone in the box was standing and watching the field was when the ball game was not being played.

The rain and hail quit and we got to enjoy our lovely preferential seating outside.
The stadium is so small though that every seat is a good seat.

We got some excitement too!
Matt got hit by a foul ball! And I was sitting right next to him with Frankie, hovering over her so it would hit me and not her!
And then, to add insult to injury, the ball bounced away and we didn't even get to take it home!!!
He did get a rockin' bruise though!
