Going back..

...in time to try to catch up on our lives.
For my benefit.

Auntie Amy came to visit!!!
And Kristi too! :)
We love having visitors!
I think Addie might love it best of all!
She warmed right up to them and they were all best of friends.
They came on March 18 to see the baby.
Kristi left on March 22 without seeing the baby.
Thankfully Amy was able to extend her trip so she got to meet her birthday twin.

We had lots of low-key fun while they were here.
We went to the park.

Can you spy a large Frankie-belly in the background?

Silly Matt climbed up on the Spiderweb toy at our playground and Rob joined him for a convo.
Boys will be boys, right?!

Sisters!
Love her!

We met up with them in DC.
This was the day before the huge health care vote so Matt had to get in on the rage. :)

And the cherry blossoms were in bloom. So pretty!

I love these picture of Addie playing and running around with all these historic buildings behind her.

Exactly one week after my due date.
Wowza.

Amy and Kristi being posers. ;)
One of our last preggy shots together.

We also stayed home and watched some movies.

Lexi-lu got to show off her mad cheerleading skills!

And for a little excitement...

we got into a car accident!
Just a fender bender, but still, a girl can be a little dramatic right?! I was trying to show Amy and Kristi around beautiful and exciting Leonardtown and Amy just had to get some new flip flops and wanted to go to Target. As we were stopped at a light, we got rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of us. There were 4 cars involved, the car behind us took the brunt of the impact. It wasn't too bad, but the car behind us had an ambulance take them to the hospital. They suggested I get checked out too since I was 6 days past my due date. So I called Matt and off to the hospital we went. No ambulance for me, thank you very much.

Here's the blue truck that caused the whole fiasco.

Our car just had a few scratches on the front and back fenders.

And here we are waiting at the hospital. They kept us for less than 2 hours.
And charged the insurance $1200.

Just because who doesn't love hospital shots?!
And really, how many of those do you get?!

I felt bad because we didn't do much during their visit, but when your overcooked preggo there's not a ton you can do.
I still had fun and was so glad they came!
Come back!!!
