More familia

On Monday we loaded up the jolly green and headed to Alli’s apartment in Baltimore.

Amy and crew had driven to Baltimore the day before and we were all meeting up that morning. I had texted them that our lives were in this dudes hands. He’s actually a really good driver though.

Six flags didn’t open till 2, so we met at Alli’s and had subs for lunch and played games.

Then it was time for Six Flags. I convinced Amy to buy season passes, and Lexi’s crew had won tickets from a military giveaway, so we were all excited to go together.

The swings are often our first stop.

Alli took Emmett on a drive.

And Lexi took Cade and Car-car.

Emmett loved it!

He was so stoked to be able to ride.

And Carter was stoked to be held and pushed and warm.

Emmi’s hands were cold so I sacrificed my gloves.

Alli and I had fun with the babes while their parents and Amy took the bigs on rides.

These brave kids rode the tall Voodoo Drop. Quinn was done after the first time, but max was all in. Cade said he learned the drill - they’d sit down, get buckled, and a little/big hand would reach up for his to hold on the ride up. Somehow they convinced Delaney to try it, and she was sold! She rode it probably 10 times. Also, the wooden roller coaster. D was a thrill riding lady for the first time.

It was a chilly day, but no one complained. We enjoyed lunch in the warm Chinese place.

Emmett loved meeting the snowman, gingerbread man, and soldiers.

We love Six Flags and it was fun to be there with our big crew.

We did a whole family bumper car session and the bigs loved the crazy roller coaster on that side of the park.

Chris and jeanne, and then Alli left around 7.

Everyone took turns loving on the babies and they were both so good, even though they didn’t really sleep at all.

Later that evening he was so excited to ride an animal and he chose the giraffe. And then he was done. He didn’t want to ride any more rides. After that Alexis and Cade took one group home.

Amy, max, Delaney, and I took the last group home at 8. It was a wonderful first day with our 3rd set of family guests.
