Pumpkin season

It’s officially here! I told the girls we could get out a bin today, so we did. They tried on costumes and this cute pumpkin dress.

Matt work, work, worked on our shelves. These will be his first of many, and I’m so impressed! It’s slow going, but it’s going!

While he worked, we piano’d. An hour and a half at piano every Monday - 4:30-6:00. We do tutoring and play on Johnna’s awesome tire swing.

Because of our early and long piano evening, we’ve been having early bird dinners right after school at 3:30. It might not always work out so well, but for now we have an early dinner, piano, fhe, and fhe treat, and it’s working for us.

Baby bug is rocking first grade! They measured with popsicle sticks for math.

Froggy and I went back to the dr. We’re trying out adhd medications and had our first follow up. We decided her dose wasn’t strong enough, so tomorrow will try something new. It’s been another emotional struggle and a difficult decision to make. Frankie has been very vocal about her desire to focus and grow at school, and we have prayed (and prayed and prayed) and feel this is right. Hoping this new dose works.

After tutoring this morning I stopped at Keeping it Local and it was all so cute and fun.

And more of the sleeping baby series.

They’re so cute when they’re sleeping.

Surrounded by books. Always.
