the rest of saturday and back home

the rest of saturday i spent hanging out with mom.

she took me to the ranch club market which was awesome.

any mexican food/candy/drink you could ever imagine.

i love that el paso is capitalizing on these fun store/restaurants.

 i got us some mexican candies and cookies to share.

one of my childhood best friends, joy, came over with her family and we had a nice visit.

and they tried to steal delaney, but something tells me they would have brought her back real quick like. ;)

mama and i went for a walk and visited one of her friends who oogled delaney, so that's always fun. :) we just had a super low key, nice evening.

and delaney loves nani's cats. this was right before he swiped at her.

she cried for a minute and then went right back to trying to get the cat.

crazy girl.

matt sent me pictures from the comings and goings at home.

thursday night was the quarterback clubs introduction of the cheerleaders, football players, and band.

then that night matt and the little girls camped out in the backyard.

they enjoyed camping so much the first night that they slept outside again saturday night.

so fun!

friday night also happened to be the first football game of the season.

i hate missing them!

then he sent me this little cutie from saturday night when they finally put the tent away.

 

 

it's so nice to be able to go away and have a happy (albeit messy) house to come home to.
