another full day!

 

in the morning we headed over to joe's for a big family breakfast.

they made pancakes and bacon and we ate some of the leftover brunch food.

 delish!

 

then joy and dante picked up laney and i and we went over to another childhood best friend, melissa's house.

melissa's little sweet savannah is 4 months old so of course we had to do a photo shoot.

we were a little nervous about giant laney getting excited and hitting savannah, so we were all hovered around them ready to rescue sweet savannah in case things turned south.

but lanes was so sweet!

she even waved. :)

and then she was like, "see ya sucka, i'm outta here!"

then that night was the big engagement party.

everything looked so pretty!

i offered to take pictures for jackie, so i walked around all night with her camera.

and that's why i didn't take many pics with my own.

i got one picture with autumn and one picture of the three of us that was not fit to post.

hate when we forget to get pictures!

miss d wasn't invited so she stayed home with nani.

i had left at 4 and at 8 mom called and said that she was frantic, wouldn't eat, and just was miserable.

so nani brought her to me, i fed her, and then took her to the party since it was almost over anyway.

 

the party was at a restaurant called delaney's so we had to get a picture!

at first lanes was like, "ummm no you didn't."

 

and even when she would look at the camera she wasn't super happy.

but she did let everyone at the party hold her and she behaved herself pretty well until we got home and got her to bed.

it was a fun and busy day!

and it's gonna be a super fun wedding!
