2 bucket lists, a passport, and the pool

We stayed home all morning. It was great. We cleaned and did laundry and checked another item off the bucket list - we made lemonade from scratch. Except that instead of lemonade, we made Brazilian limeade, close enough. And thanks for the recipe, Alecia, it was delicious. (:

Another bucket list item was to go to the old jail museum. Addie came up with that one and I loved it! Before we went into the museum though, we checked out Moll Dyer's cursed rock.
We all touched it and nothing's happened yet, so I think we're good.
The museum was tiny and cute. The girls had fun with the volunteer, asking her questions and pretending to be in jail. We all loved this vintage wedding dress.
Addie churned some butter. Or ground some herbs, if you please
They loved the doll houses and tea sets.
After the jail we walked around leonardtown looking for our marker rubbing for our passport. We found it. (:
We walked back to our car by way of these cute steps. Lexi took graduation pictures on these cute steps.
It was too hot for Laney to sit down.
she sure is cute though.
After our downtown fun, we headed to the pool. We swam from 3-7. Matt went home teaching and bubba grilled us hot dogs. We read a bunch of books and put some happy and tired girls to bed. Chris and Matt also went and test drove an old jeep. Chris has saved almost $1500 already this summer and he's so ready to be part of the jeep squad. We shall see.
