Opening day

Another baseball season is upon us, happy day! I loooove baseball! I missed the opening day festivities because it's a navy weekend and we also have ballet, but we were able to pack a big picnic lunch and watch the game.
Frankie is so helpful.
She loved wearing her cute dinosaur shirt from the super talented Darlaina.
Dirty kids played in the dirt, trees, and rocks. And I only let her put her fingers through the fence when the ball isn't in play.
The boy got up to bat 3 times and got one bunt that was called foul and one good hit. Room for improvement, but not bad.
Foul ball. You can see the ball above him. I'm always trying to get one where he's hit and you can see the ball.
It was nice and sunny, but that wind is icy! Not complaining, it is just wonderful to be outside, even if we still need to bundle a little.
His Yankee team was disbanded and now he's a red sock! With a fabulous coach, our neighbor Steve, his son josh, and another player I don't know yet. (:
12 o'clock game makes for a sleepy girl. She ran and played hard, and was asleep within 5 minutes of the car ride.
Aaaand one more of Frances. Joni is planning something fun for preschool and needed a pic of Frankie in front of our house. Can't wait to see what she comes up with. I love our preschool coop. It's a perfect bridge to going to school.
Happy Saturday!
