birthday day, hooray!
addie helped him open his gift from matt and i,
a personally inscribed ipod touch.
it says;
happy 14th birthday, bubba!
(lex has one that says "happy 14th birthday, lexi-lu!":)
the sisters got him an ipod case. and the grandparents sent him $$$. it was a good birthday.
he requested better than shopping cake and it turned out deliciously!
i tried to invite over some of his friends but none of them worked out.
i had asked sarah and tony to come have cake with us, really just because i wanted to see baby ellie and they insisted on coming too. ;) then rob stopped by so matt and christian could drool over his motorcycle, and we had ourselves a party.

for dinner we had steak, asparagus, creamed corn, baked potato's, garlic bread, and ibc cream soda.

kind of a low key birthday as sunday birthdays are.
lexi informed me that 14th and 15th birthdays just "suck" in general, so i guess i shouldn't feel too bad?
