Baby Emmett is due July 20th and his little aunties and uncle are so excited!
His mimi and grandpa love him already, but aren’t sure they’re ready to be grands. I’m sure that will change when we see him, but wow it feels strange for right now.

Welcome to the club of "Grands". It is a club in which the only cost is having to admit you're OLD. You have to acknowledge that life has truly moved on and, hey!! You might feel like you're still a twenty-something but here is living, breathing proof that those days are forever behind you.
But joining the club is great because . . . well, you know several of my 'becauses', and they're rather special little tickets to the Grand Club.
Accept it, embrace it, celebrate it and know that you would never want it to be any different.
Hola, Grandma!! Hahahahahahahahaha, you know you're old when your third-born is a Grandma!!
