i left my conference about 5 till 7 and was super worried i'd miss the slide show at the concert.
Heavenly Father watched over me though, because the concert didn't even start until after matt and i arrived at 7:15.
phew!
such serious little singers!
and then a little more fun. :)
it was actually a really good concert.
the band and chorus have all really improved and they did a lot of fun songs.
including, but not limited to, a fun 80's mix with thriller, time after time, and of course, ymca. :)
we had to get hugs from ms fredrick at the end.
she's been a fun teacher to work with and christian has been with her for all 3 years of middle school.
these two friends had to get in on the ms fredrick lovin!
she's a lot of kids favorite.
the slide show was really cute. it was all the kids with their moms and the kids sang bless the broken road. who got teary? this mama!
so glad the night that could have been a fiasco ended up going really well.
and did i mention that i'm glad it's over?
