Rando

we were putting the girls to bed one night, and matt suggested they switch rooms. they were both so excited that we went with it. lately frankie has been playing till she just can't play anymore (ever since she learned how to climb out of her crib, thanks again, addie!) and then she drops whereever she is. when we checked on her, this is what we found.
(in case you haven't noticed, we do a lot of skirts/dresses over jams.
i know it's awesome, that's just the way we roll around here)
and addie, asleep in the baby crib.
those two are crazy!
now that she's growing hair, frankie's been waking up with major bedhead. this doesn't really give the full effect, but here's a taste.
(again, with the dress over the jams)
then one night we rolled frankie around in spaghetti to torture her.
no, but for real, this girl is going through a major whiny phase. i tell her many, many times every day "no whining." and she says "no whining? okay." and then she tries to tell me whatever she's whining about.
addie the helper girl.
so many times throughout the day, i'll be holding delaney and then need both hands for something for just a second, but i'm on the wood floor, or in the bathroom, or the garage, or whereever, and i can't put delaney down. and now i have a solution. :)
(ps - delaney's a super trooper. she doesn't even cry!)
ready for hollywood!
or a walk around the neighborhood.
and since i am always the photog, never the photographed, here i am, in all my glory. my hair is long and unruly right now, so i've been braiding it a lot. not a lot of makeup or matching going on. but i'm happy, so that's what matters, right? i'm pretty much rocking the mom chic and i'm loving it.
how could i not love it with this 2 chinned beauty?
delaney and i have been working on some photo shoots.
sneak peek...
i also love baby cankles and fat feet.
and we're getting into strawberry season (hey, we love that too!) and addie and frankie have been helping me cut up the strawberries. it goes like this, cut one, eat one. cut one, eat two. and so on. they ate almost a whole pound the other day.
yum!
and that wraps up this rando session.
