The kids had fun during their week in new york city. or I guess brooklyn, really.
they said they did a lot of walking and then a lot of watching community on netflix. good thing they got caught up on their sitcoms while visiting one of the most interesting cities in the world. ;)
they woke up early one day and went to see the today show being filmed. i had warned alli that they would try to poop out on her, so she made them. they even made a sign that said "hi mom and dad! loving spring break in ny!" or something like that. unfortunately, i never got to see it because, in spite of watching the today show for 2+ hours on wednesday, they were never shown. :( and then al roker was covering the tornado's in texas and so he wasn't there. they did get to see ryan seacrest along with matt lauer and the rest.
bright and early at 6am!
they were able to go see the 9/11 memorial.
alexis still loved seeing times square best of all. especially at night.
this is one christian sent. he was the only one that sent pics of things, not people. ;)
they had a good time, but both said they didn't think they could live there. they had fun with alli and said even the greyhound bus wasn't bad. and i think we can call the spring break trip of '12 a success!
