Headed north

We headed out at 1:15 with full bellies and a full jolly green giant. 

We stopped at a BJ’s for cheap gas and potty breaks. We checked out the furniture, as we do. 

It was an easy drive and Amy snapped this shot at 7:50. A lot of the crew flew in Tuesday, so this was their “we can’t wait!” invitation shot. 

We ate pizza and then went outside for color changing smores. 

I didn’t really notice the color changing, because once you toast them, they’re light brown anyway.

So happy. ❤️

We put sticky kids to bed and stayed up way too late as we do and we call that a good first day.
