for family home evening (on a sunday) we read the nativity and went to look at Christmas lights. we swung by and picked up brenna and then hit up forrest farms. this house next to carolee's was, hands down, the fav. it was set to music, so we sat outside and enjoyed until a little fella started eying us from inside the house. it was as if they don't have a steady stream of people coming by to enjoy. earth to people in cool house - your Christmas lights are set to music, you're gonna have lots-o-visitors. ;)
the next morning, after an early morning shower, (accident, if you will) franks and i decided to cash in the pie for breakfast. we took pictures to send to daddy. :)
that afternoon we got our piano tuned for the first time since we lived in el paso. we moved to seattle in 2003. it took a looooooong time. like, i thought i might make it to a birthday lunch that day, but the guy was here for almost 2 hours. laney had to skip a nap because we had party planning and pta'ing to do at the school. then we drove the gymnastics bus after school, and after gymnastics fun, i took 4 excited little girls Christmas shopping at dicks. it was fuuuunnnn. we got some gifts picked out for the boy and were finally on our merry way home. t'was a long and fun day!
