phew!

i got to hang out with these 4 (and laney makes 5!) yesterday.

this was when we finally made it to the park for some playtime and a picnic. :)

they played so nicely together, they really just kept each other occupied all day.

and addie and charlie are perfect teeter totter buddies.

addie kind of became charlie's shadow, i think she think's 5 year old charlie is pre-tty cool.

this was after lunch, we came home and had story time before "rests."

i put little blondie cakes down and let the rest of them watch peter pan.

they all listened and sat quietly and watched.

it wears me out thinking that, age wise, a person could have all these kids.

(technically except addie and pete, who are only 8 months apart.)

they were really good and easy to watch and i think they all had a great time.

after a full day of playing, christian, laney, and i headed up to chancellors for the first baseball game of the season. i love baseball, but after basketball excitement, it's pretty much a snooze fest. christian didn't play the first 2 innings, which = 1 hour and zzzzzzzzzzzz.

he got up to bat 3 times and got walked each time.

by the bottom of the 6th inning (they have to play at least 6, hooray!) they were down 10-2, but they brought it up to 10-7. still a loss, but much more respectable and they were getting into the groove.

and that spec out there is christian guarding right field.

sweet lexi watched the big (little) girls from 4-9 (and i get to do this twice a week!) and cleaned up! such a sweetie!

it's a lot easier to pay for babysitting when you come home to a clean house. :)
