Space Needle

Our second C3 pick was the Space Needle.

We timed it so we’d be there for the sunset and it was perfect.

They have a new (since we last went up in 2011) glass floor and it is wild!

It took a few minutes for Adi to work up the courage, but she came out and we staked out our spot on the glass floor for the evening.

My hands were sweaty and I was anxious for a few minutes, but got used to it.

Beautiful lighting!

Looking at Pier 70 where they filmed Real World back in 1998.

I love the new (to us) setup. They’ve got the upper level with the outside you can walk around and then they’ve got some different food options for quick service instead of their fancy sit down restaurant. It’s still expensive to ride up, but not as bad as the restaurant.

Matt and I did a loop on the upper outside level.

Delaney sat very still for a very long time and did a time lapse.

We took a lot of pictures.

Adi offered one of me which was very sweet and unusual.

We loved our visit. Sunset is the perfect time for a space needle trip! 🌆
