gymnastics

we still love us some gymnastics. 

we go every tuesday from 9:30-10:15 for lanes, and 10:30-11:15 for franks.

laney's still in mommy and me until she's 3 and potty trained, which, fingers crossed will be just one more session! that will be kind of a sad day to be done with mommy and me classes! and also kind of a happy day. the bittersweet experience of motherhood.

we had fun in the tubes last week. i rolled her around and tickled her through the outside. that's another little girl named delaney peeking in there at the end. both laney nicknames. cute. :)

 since frankie goes into kindergym without me, i never get pictures of her. oopsie.

the ball pits are always a favorite for this girl. she looooves to be buried.

sometimes she'll find something like these scarves and attach herself to them for the whole class. 

and heaven help the child that tries to take a turn with them. :/

she generally loves the whole class, but every once in awhile she decides she doesn't want to quit playing and come for ring around the rosie. then the pout generally continues till stamp time. and then she will usually begrudgingly get stamps and through gritted teeth say thank you to coach casey. 

also, who doesn't love a little baby cheek.

"oh, you want me to sit?" she's such a silly little grumpy pants sometimes.

 

next session frankie has decided she wants to try indoor soccer as opposed to gymastics. 

we'll see how it goes!
