She’s home!

Ruby came home on Saturday and she is not a fan of her car seat. Thankfully we’re all fans of her.

Bubba went to pick up Jeanne’s rx and Scoop from the kennel, but he needed Jeanne’s id so I met him and hung out with Scoop while he ran back in for the meds. She loves me.

And she loves Ruby. All the pets do. (Scoop plus the cats Dorothy and Maggie)

Getting to know you!

Henry takes after Lexi and sleeps with his eyes open. They’re the weirdest.

At home time with 2 babes was mostly quiet and not at all boring. We watched tv and talked and played some games and most importantly, loved on the babies.

Double decker babies!

Jeanne requested chicken crescents so I made that and mashed potato’s for dinner.

We went for a family walk. Just to the end of the street for Jeanne and crew, but Lu and I went further.

Newborn cuddles are magical.

Back home Matt participated in the No Kings protests.

It was nationwide and almost completely nonviolent. I would have totally gone too, but newborns. I found this shot of him in the baynet. These are wild times.
