We got home from visting the bigs on January 3rd. Just in time to go to church on the 4th where I had a stake conference training planning meeting with Jo’s and Steve, Adi and Delaney had bishop interviews and I had a women of light planning. Apparently Adi made tortillas that evening and we ate something with them? Also, Alli dropped tenkor off for a week because I definitely think the only thing that could make a busy week better is a very naughty giant German shepherd.
On Monday I talked to Amy for 3 hours while I shopped, unpacked, and walked tenkor. I got some WoL stuff done and went the sisters came over to say goodbye. We have elders now!
Delaney showers every night when she gets home from dance and for scriptures she was sporting, what’s better than a Canadian tuxedo? I don’t even know, but it was funny. One good thing about having tenkor is that you get to see beautiful sunrises while you’re freezing walking her.
She is really showing her age now. She was getting up slowly and not being as obnoxious as she usually is when we’re outside. I talked to Amy about it because I was worried and I don’t know dogs and didn’t want to worry Alli. But I was a little worried.
Sarah Cox has been posting pictures every month so I snagged some young women shots from her.
This is why I’ve been sending pictures every week from nursery. Parents love to see their kids when they’re not around. Even giant ones.
And some nutcracker for good measure.
She had some that I didnt.❤️
Ruby got the cutest new hat!
She always smiles when Jeanne gets out her phone! Love it so much!
Matt and I took tenkor for a walk one evening and one of our neighbors garage doors was open, but it looked pretty clear that no one was home. We kept walking, then had a nagging feeling like we should close it. I fb messaged him and he got back to me right away and said yes, please close it. Anyway, got a nice shoutout. ❤️
I talked to Amy a bunch on the 8th too while I got things done. Sometimes we talk a lot and sometimes not, it’s definitely not a routine. I got lots of stake conference and women of light things done. That was the theme of my week.
