Matt and I were the last to wake up at 9. We took a page out of Alecia’s book and got Adi some luggage.
Everyone got and gave such thoughtful gifts.Alli, who said she wanted to go easy on gifts gave Matt and I a massage gift certificate. So generous!
Delaney was the most surprising. She had Adi take her to the store and, with her own money (I always pay for their gifts for each other) bought everyone a little gift. The sweetest.
And my girls are very 90’s with all their cd’s. They love them.
We took turns and opened gifts one by one this year. Some years we free for all, but I liked that this year was slow and mellow.
I had the genius idea to ask Alexis for a new family picture, that way I didn’t have to bother with uploading a picture and all that jazz.
Yay!
We went to see Anaconda at the AMC in Waldorf. I’m still so sad they closed ours! I loved it! I was lol’ing and thought it was such a good blend of cheesiness, funniness, and creativity. And move popcorn! ❤️❤️❤️
The fam-bam was blowing up our phones, but we do not text during moves.
I don’t know???
I think we may have been challenged to a onesie off because, in a weird and unplanned twist of fate, Amy’s crew also had Christmas onesies.
And when you’ve got the right amount of people for a pyramid, you kind of have to do it.
We said goodbye to Alli and then our Christmas ended oddly with laundry and packing and early to bed.
We love our savior, are so grateful He was willing to come to earth and so grateful to celebrate Him each Christmas.
