Christian tweeted this nice collage of pics of papa for Memorial Day. We are all very proud of our military heritage.
One day Joseph took the girls to the park, and poor Frankie had a mishap with the merry-go-round.
They got it going really fast and she just slid right off and face planted in the mulch. She was not happy that I was photographing her, but she was so cute all covered in dirt.
Memorial Day weekend our pool opened and we didn't waste any time! Even though it was cold!
These two girls were so excited to be done with school!
See ya, LHS!
Matt has taught our children a fond respect for goggles. And they look so cool, how could you go wrong?
One thing Amy and I really wanted to do was spend a sister day shopping and go to a movie. We are such lame-o's cause the only pictures we took that day were of max! We went to the big city (Waldorf), started at the strip mall, ate cafe rio for lunch, hit the mall, and finished with a movie. Amy had never been to cafe rio - loved it, and never been to such a luxurious movie theater with recliners - super loved it. We had a really awesome sister day, spent way too much money, ate just a little too much, and laughed a ton. Especially after we found that the jolly green hadn't actually been stolen. (silly leveled parking at the mall!)
Safety always comes first at our house. Except when retrieving balloons. Addie art. She's seriously got an artists soul.
Mamas with their babies. Not a good picture of any of us, but it's everyday documentation, yo.
One night after swimming and pj's and stories, we went on a pajama walk. We will be doing that again.
How we roll.
Juice breaks are also how we roll.
And finally, poor, poor max. So very loved.
