we had our annual superbowl party. i was bummed that my mouth was sore and i wasn't able to fully partake, but don't you worry, i did my best and packed a healthy dent. :) i ate becky's yummy spinach dip with johnna's yummy bread. i had to pass on lana's yummy rice crispy treat's though. every sore mouth has it's limits, you know.
true to shell-shell fashion, i only took pictures of the food. after our guests arrived, i forgot all about the camera.
oopsie.
we had subs, chips and queso, pasta salad, spinach and artichoke dip, rolls, slush punch, rice crispy treats, and 3 different kinds of pie..
yum!
matt and the kids (at my direction) made cute little football's explaining what each meat and cheese was.
i didn't watch any of the superbowl, not even the commercials. becky, felicia, and i sat and talked and nary a commercial did we see. it was so fun and we were so glad to have such fun families over.
