We had our normal Covid Sunday routine. Meetings and SS and games and family time. Christian talked about coming over after work but then was too tired, so we sent him this to show him all the fun he was missing out on.
I made Hawaiian haystacks and Papa came over for dinner. He took pictures on the way from the couch to the table.
We’re a motley crew, but we’re fun!
We had another late sacrament meeting and D did an awesome side pony. We built blocks while we caught up on Come Follow Me.
Emmi’s been having trouble sleeping, so lexi isn’t getting much sleep. That means we get special Em time in the morning. He likes to watch Tenkor eat the food he drops. They have a love/hate relationship. 🤦♀️
It was Lily’s birthday so we met up at Calvert Cliffs for playtime. The girls made a birthday card poster for Lily. It’s been our Covid birthday card.
Alecia brought donuts and it was a fun treat for everyone.
It was cool and there was a nice breeze and it was just a lovely day of visiting and playing.
At one point Addie took her sandwich and ate it lounging in a tree.
We got a picture of all the kids, but first the moms. When I looked through pictures for Alecia’s birthday I found we had a lot of kid pics, but not a lot of mom ones. Goal to change that started Monday. ✔️
I’m always impressed by our brood. They all ran in a clump at one point and they’re like a little army of ants.
And a silly shot. Because always.
We took all the babies for a walk this morning while Lexi caught up on her sleep. They took turns pushing Em and holding Tenkor’s leash.
Frankie can be overzealous with her love of Em, but she’s also the best babysitter. She loves him so much.
It was real bright.
😍
So very much love.
I know delaney loves Emmi, but she loves Tenkor probably just as much. She’s really good with her and absolutely loves cuddling.
Christian was off today and invited us to come see his house (Alli and Lexi, who haven’t been there yet) and then hike around St. Mary’s City. Delaney got to ride with Tenkor and she loved it so much.
Everything with this big crew is slow moving. But we got going and had a great little walk/hike.
Emmett is such a good walker! He’s 12 months old slow, but he’s so sweet.
Lexi said they never buckle him in his stroller, but today he figured out how to stand up on the little foot bar, and then that caused him to slide out. It was pretty funny when we found him hanging on for dear life. He’s such a good boy, he didn’t make a peep.
My dad is helping me fill out my lighthouse wall. 🤗
Chris came over after the hike, and he and Lexi took Laney to the store for goodies. We are soaking every last drop out of summer. Movies and games and playtimes and treats, we’re in it.
Tracie dropped off bath bomb making supplies for tomorrow nights activity. She’s so awesome and Addie is so stoked!
Also, where’s the lie?
And an oldie I found in my photos.
