Enough gross toilet flooding and blah sad day here. Back to our awesome Niagara Falls cruise!
It was so fun. It’s one of those experiences of communal joy. Everyone was laughing and having fun, every single person.
The Canadian side is called The Horn blower and the ponchos are red. The American side is the iconic Maid of the Mist with the blue ponchos.
It felt like we were going into the falls. I knew it was irrational, but I couldn’t help feeling like we shouldn’t be going so close to the falls, like maybe our cruise guy was making a mistake getting so close.
First of all, it is so windy down there that you can’t breathe.
Second of all, there is so much water spraying everywhere that you can’t see.
There was so much laughing and squealing and just amazing’ness.
Truly one of a kind experience.
This is it. Pure joy.
We were soaked!
And then it was back to calmer waters. Sill laughing.
More falls on the American side.
