Fair 2025

The fair used to be so fun when we went with friends and rode all the rides. 

Ever since Six Flags season passes though, the rides seem like such a waste. 

And it's so much harder to coordinate with friends.

Alecia and I tried to hook up but it was tricky and she her bigs were going different directions too, so it was just us.

Delaney and I walked through the butterfly exhibit and enjoyed feeding them sugar water on our sponges.

They loved me. They landed on my feet and pants, and this little guy right on my crotch. 😆

Delaney was jealous they all loved me.

She was able to lure a few in.

Delaney also wanted to ride rides, but I made a deal with her that we would go to an amusement park if we skipped rides that day and she agreed. 

We didn't stay long. It was hot and crowded, but we walked through the exhibits and animals and got only a few freebies. They didn't even want lunch, just drinks. On our way out, we stopped by the cute artsy shop across from the school and window shopped.
 

I'm sure I'm not alone in having dozens of recipes I've screenshotted or saved to my phone, and I've been trying to go through them. This one was in my queue for a long time and it felt fitting for fair day.

Fried marshmallows! They were super yummy and easy to make. They do need to be eater quicksmart, but we managed.
