This March weather has been cray-cray. It's been rainy and cool in Vegas. In Vegas. Not what I expected.
We had a list of things we wanted to do here, and since the weather was rainy and not warm, we adjusted a little. Kristi found that the bellagio's buffet was rated best in Vegas, so she put money in an envelope (there are 5 different envelopes of fun!) for us to eat there. It was yummy!
Meanwhile back at the ranch there was an icy mess. Matt counted 90 people in sacrament meeting because the roads were so bad. They slid in the church parking lot, but other than that they were ok, and even able to take the sacrament to the mesmer's.
But the darn camera added 30 lbs while we were there. Hate when that happens.
We decided to make that our spa day.(another envelope!) we each got a massage and hung out in the jacuzzi and the wet steam room. It was so relaxing and wonderful. We never run out of things to talk about and problems to solve. It was quiet and peaceful. We had planned to walk the strip a little every day, but with the cold rain we adjusted and saw McFarland USA instead. Super cute, feel good movie. I do love me a good sports underdog movie and this one was well done.
And pretty flowers. (:
