Road trip!

Ready to roll out of the SMC after church. I can't ever remember leaving for a trip during the evening, it was a very different feeling. I liked not rushing and not stressing about toothbrushes and loveys. Happy happy!

Our first stop was a very long seminary graduation. (More to come) and then we were off again! Matt spent the whole week making sure our 8 year old jolly green looked and drove like brand new.

A few grumbles, but about 2 hours down the road and the little two were solidly out, and the big one was trying hard.

Frankies most exciting thing about the trip was to stay at a hotel. She quickly woke up with excitement when we arrived in New Stanton, PA around 1:15am. Excited girl!

I was worried they would be so excited they wouldn't go back to sleep, but they did, and very quickly and quietly. Delaney never even woke up, and she slept in her bed on the floor all night long. I woke up just before 7 and couldn't get back to sleep. I headed out for a run at 8, met up with the crew for breakfast, and then we decided on an impromptu swim while I packed the truck.

The swim only lasted about 30 minutes, but it was perfect. We headed out just after 10.

On the road again!

The girls got ahold of my phone, somewhere around the Ohio state line.
