(continuing with my ping-pong blog)
matt's office had a "kids day," so these two played hookie from school and went to fly airplanes with daddy. they had a great time!
addie kept asking "are we in a real helicopter?" and was quite the adventurous little pilot. so adventurous that daddy, the pilot, was sick the rest of the weekend. it was like she shook him up and brought the sick bug to the top. or something.
frankie tried to land on that aircraft carrier and did really well. she shows promise as a future pilot!
and back to today.
our freakishly warm Christmas week continues. on my run today i saw people mowing their lawns, washing cars, biking, and skateboarding, without coats, and on the day after Christmas. it's nuts, but i'm not complaining.
little miss-picky-pants doesn't eat. and sometimes when she does, she just holds food in her mouth. that's a broccoli floret in there right now, and we're currently on, oh about 53 minutes in-mouth. i'm kind of curious to see just how long she can go. i will return and report.
other than that, we've had another lazy day. it's wonderful, but i should probably take the kids to do something fun. we are having Christmas dinner tomorrow and also afternoon plans, so our pj streak will be ending. it's been wonderful while it's lasted.
christian is snowboarding at ski apache and lexi is at the mall with da' girls. and in other happy news, bonnie is pregnant! we are so excited and we all think harvey will be sending down a little sister in may. :)
