end of may wrap up

oooooookay. i do realize that june is now halfway over. and that i haven't posted since the end of may. this little guy has been in queue for over 2 weeks. i know i was going to add more to it, but not today. no, not today. but here is a smidge of an end of may wrap-up.

i can't believe it's the last day of may. my, oh my, this year is flying by! 

and i seriously can't believe that my girls are having their birthday on friday!

here are some random things going on in our love shack.

when my henna came back in october, we started a photo collage on my family room wall. it sat untouched for months and months. and then i got back on a kick. and then it sat for awhile. it has been a sloooow process, but i am making progress. i was running out of black frames, so matt and i went garage sale-ing and found some fun, different shaped frames for me to paint. last time, amy and i hand painted all of the frames, but this time i decided to use spraypaint..

oh happy day, i love spraypaint!

it was so much easier  and everything looks that much better!

 someday i hope it will look good. :)

ps - the lighting is terrible because i do most of my work at night.
 

it seems like everyone has been sick lately.. 

addie woke up sick one morning and just slept off and on all day.
